Michele Dean
Michele Dean is a mother of 5 with 20 years of immersion in the dance community. Long before she was a mom, she was as an All-Star cheerleader in high-school which led to later becoming a cheerleading coach at Centennial High School. She went on to pioneer after school dance programs in public and private schools, primarily focused on the preparation of beginner dancers to develop a love and passion for the art and build a strong foundation for upper level classes. Michele worked as a licensed child care provider and has over 10 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum. She has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop, and was previously a dance teacher at B.Funk Dance Company and Gold’s Gym. She is a certified reflexologist and 15 year yoga practitioner who will complete her instructor’s certification in October 2018. Michele is also a USA Gymnastics Instructor member and is SafeSport trained. She uses the Dance Education Laboratory model to structure her early childhood development classes. Michele was co-owner of Next Level Models LLC where she directed efforts to scout potential models to be signed to top modeling agencies. Michele also comes to us with 10 years of experience in hospitality and management services. Michele is a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast and is excited to continue her work with the students at Project C.
