Resident Teaching Artist

Amanda Naecker is a Dancer, Choreographer, and Dance Educator who carries over 25 years of training in Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and Musical Theater, and over 10 years of teaching experience. For much of her pre-professional and professional years, she trained at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City, working with respected artists and educators such as, “The King of Jazz” Frank Hatchett, Danny Wallace, Rhapsody James, and many others. Her love for performing led her to dance on stages such as City Walk at Universal Studios and receive numerous awards on the competitive dance circuit. Amanda continues to train, work, and perform with various Hip Hop crews in the DMV area, as well as regularly attend master classes and conventions, while teaching and choreographing for area studios and schools. Amanda strives to provide dancers with a positive, high-energy dance environment where she can inspire and support them in reaching their full potential.
